Medan – The Master’s Program of English Education held a routine meeting on Thursday, September 19th 2024 with all lecturers. The meeting was held in the Study Program’s Room. This meeting aims to discuss the odd semester curriculum as well as innovative teaching strategies to improve the quality of learning.
During the meeting, the lecturers evaluated the teaching and learning process that had been carried out in the previous semester and discussed the development of teaching materials that were more relevant to the current needs of industry and education.
The Head of Study Program, Maslatif Dwi Purnomo, PhD, emphasized the importance of collaboration between lecturers and students in creating a conducive academic atmosphere. “We hope that by this meeting, we can make a better plan for this semester and produce graduates who are ready to face global challenges,” he said.
In addition, this meeting was also a venue to discuss the utilization of technology in learning, including the use of online platforms and educational applications that can support the student learning process.
At the end of the session, the lecturers agreed to strengthen communication and cooperation between courses, as well as conduct regular monitoring of student progress during this semester. The meeting was closed with the hope of creating a better synergy for the progress of the Master of English Program.
