Reflina is an active lecturer at Department of Mathematics Education, Faculty of Tarbiyah Science and Teacher Training, State Islamic University of North Sumatra Medan, Indonesia. She finished her undergraduate degree in 2013, majoring Mathematics Education at . Afterwards, she continued her study in Master of Mathematics Education at Education University of Indonesia and graduated in 2016.
Reflina has started her career in teaching Mathematics since 2017.
