Medan, 29th of June 2022, Magister TBI FITK and EducationUSA Aceh has successfully organized the first day of webinar “Study in the U.S series”. The event was opened by the Dean of Faculty of Tarbiyah Science and Teachers Traning (FITK), Mr. Dr. Mardianto, M.Pd. In his speech, he said that Indonesian students, particularly students of FITK, UINSU Medan should be able to compete with international students by joining short programs or degree programs abroad one of which is in the U.S. In this first day of webinar, there were 80 participants who joined followed by the head of TBI Magister’s Program, Madam Rahmah Fithriani, Ph.D, the secretary of TBI Magister’s Program, Mr. Benny Ichsanda Hz, M.Pd, and all the staffs of TBI Magister Program, the EducationUSA advisor Aceh, madam Lilis Su’adah and all of the speakers.
There were three main topics being discussed in this webinar including the Global UGRAD program delivered by Marselo Sitorus, Fulbright Language Teaching (FLTA) delivered by Reza Fahlevi, and finally YSEALI Academic Fellowship Program delivered by Indra Elizar. The second day of this webinar will be held tomorrow, 30th of June 2022 under the topic DEGREE PROGRAMS. It is expected that more participants join the program and get benefits from this event.
